Triumph Tiger 900 (T400) 'Steamer'

I purchased this bike on a whim, having not seen it run or even turn over. Got it to the workshop and started to unpick the various problems.

All the major issues were split between the fuelling and electrical systems. Once the pickup coil and one of the ignition coils had been replaced I had all three cylinders sparking again. Took out the carb rack and did a full disassembly and clean, followed by replacing a broken pilot screw, adjusting float heights, and replacing the gaskets. Flushed all fluid circuits, replaced filters and gave her a bit of a tidy up and now she's ready for a new journey!

Still needs some fine tuning on the mixture but other than that, this bike was a worthy project and all in all a joy to work on.
